An autocratic leader is someone who centralizes decision-making authority and maintains strict control over their team or organization. This leadership style is characterized by a leader who makes decisions unilaterally, without consulting or involving others in the process. Autocratic leaders typically have a high degree of power and may not seek input from subordinates. In a political context, a ruler who exercises absolute power and makes decisions without democratic processes might be seen as an autocrat.

And that’s putting it mildly. It can be much more severe and dangerous. Please educate yourself before committing to a leader who only accepts straight, white, Christian nationalists, and in many cases, severely uninformed people into his inner circle. Is this what you really want for the next president? I sincerely hope not.

The above is my opinion, and to date, I have not included much of my political views on social media. I value all my friends and relatives, democrat OR republican, straight or gay, and absolutely any ethnicity. I value kindness, integrity, and knowledge. Knowledge is where the real power lies. I am sad to see people blindly following a man who very well might lead us to fascism and the defeat of democracy. I am not opening comments because I have tried to reason with MAGAs and it is nearly impossible. I miss the Republicans that existed before Trump. I know they are still out there, and I hope they will find leaders in their party who do not want to destroy our country. I hope I don’t lose friends over this, but if I do, thank you for at least reading this. I care about you as I always have, but I have seen too much hate and confusion out there. I am now deeply concerned about our country. I am a Veteran and even though many think Democrats are not patriotic, that is absolutely untrue. Many of us also believe in God. Whether or not we do is our own business, as it is yours. I’ve gone on long enough but suffice to say, this rant is not over. I have a massive paper to finish today, but I will continue this another day, as I have more to say. Somebody needs to start speaking up before we end up like the third-world countries, not feeling safe in our own homes.
